Antonie Knoppers

Antonie helps leaders to have presence: Delivering a message with more clarity and confidence. Inspiring others when sharing your strategy. Conveying your message through congruence between your verbal message and non-verbal signals. Antonie has worked with corporate clients including Allianz, Shell, RoyalHaskoning, Atradius, KLM, Dupoint, Corelab, Deloitte, and DSM. He is a guest faculty member at the Rotterdam School of Management, the universities of Maastricht and Amsterdam, and Nyenrode Business University. Antonie is co-author of Leading with Presence, which will be published by Emerald Publishing.

Antonie is both US-American and Dutch, and has lived and worked in Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Boston, San Diego, and Amsterdam. He has a unique ability to strengthen participants’ intercultural communication and leadership skills. Through scenarios addressing their key communication issues, Antonie invites them to try out different strategies and learn from his immediate feedback.
